Castleberry ISD will continue to offer free, full-day pre-kindergarten (pre-K) and kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. Students do not need to live within the school district’s boundaries to attend Castleberry ISD.
For the 2024-2025 school year, kindergarteners must be 5 years old, and pre-kindergarteners must be 4 years old as of September 1, 2024.
Follow these three steps to ensure your child is ready for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 7!
Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Complete the online application to register your child for the upcoming school year and Summer Jumpstart.

Step 2: Attend a Registration Event
Attend an in-person event on Tuesday, April 2 from 6 to 7:30 PM to finalize the online registration and secure your child’s spot. Castleberry ISD staff will be present to assist with the enrollment process.

Step 3: Plan Ahead for Summer Jumpstart
Make arrangements for your child to attend Summer Jumpstart during the ACE Summer Program.
Classes meet Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 AM, May 30 through June 28.
Additional information about Summer Jumpstart will be distributed at the registration event on Tuesday, April 2!
