How to Order
Before emailing the vendor, download and electronically complete the order form template for for each set of business cards you plan on ordering.
To minimize errors, orders with hand-written or scanned forms will not be processed. The PDF file provided has fields that you can click and type into directly. If you are ordering multiple sets, please duplicate the page before filling out the first one and save all pages as a single file. If you have any questions about filling out the PDF, please contact Abigail Offenbaker, Communications Coordinator.
If purchasing with a purchase order, download this quote and enter the requisition into Skyward as outlined in Castleberry ISD's purchasing policies using vendor code CROWN PR000. Please do not request a quote from the vendor. Instead, use the one provided above.
Once the PO is approved, contact the vendor and send over the completed order forms and PO documentation. This will limit the number of emails back and fourth.
