GT Referral Forms

Gifted and Talented Referral Process

Currently enrolled students in kindergarten through twelfth grades may be referred for assessment in order to receive services in the Castleberry ISD Gifted and Talented Program. Referrals may come from parents, teachers, administrators, counselors, or other interested persons. The person referring a student must complete a Gifted and Talented Referral  Form in order for a student to be considered for the program services.

After assessment, if gifted and talented services are considered appropriate, the student will be placed in the Gifted and Talented program during the spring semester, no later than March 1.
