In order for Castleberry ISD to meet the goals outlined in our annual District Improvement Plan and five-year strategic plan, the Talent Acquisition Department works to ensure all classrooms are equipped with a highly effective teacher, all campuses have effective leaders, and effective staff in all non-instructional positions. Castleberry ISD is thrilled to welcome new talent and to continue to cultivate the talents of our experienced personnel.
