Library Events

Little Lions:

Book checkouts for children 12 months - 4 years are offered on a weekly basis at each elementary school library.  Once a month, on Tuesday from 2:45-3:15, the Little Lions program hosts a more structured event including stories, songs, movement, and art geared for children 12 months – 4 years. Monthly themes are selected by campus librarians and various activities improving literacy and school readiness.

Families are invited to visit the campus library every Tuesday from 2:45 - 3:15 for book checkout

Contact Campus Librarian for Little Lions the next date and watch their social media feeds for updates and information.

Girls Who Code Clubs

Girls Who Code is on a mission to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does.

Girls in grades 3-5 and 6-12 are invited to join our Castleberry ISD clubs. Clubs are free programs for grade girls to join a sisterhood of supportive peers and role models using computer science to change the world.

Clubs are ongoing. Contact your campus librarian for more details.
