Perfect Attendance Incentive Pay

Classroom Teachers and Instructional Aides*

Castleberry ISD teachers and instructional aides* are eligible to earn up to an additional $1,500 for the 2024-2025 school year! Eligibility restarts every six weeks and the incentive amount increases each six weeks.  
*Only classroom teachers and instructional aides who require a substitute when absent are eligible.

All Castleberry ISD Employees

Employees with perfect attendance for the entire school year -- August 7, 2024 through May 23, 2025 -- will earn an extra $450!

The incentive pay for perfect attendance is tiered as follows: first 6 weeks: $50, second 6 weeks: $100, third 6 weeks: $150, fourth 6 weeks: $200, fifth 6 weeks: $250, and sixth 6 weeks: $300. Additionally, employees with perfect attendance for the entire year will earn an extra $450. The note clarifies that all Castleberry ISD employees are eligible for this incentive.
