Ariela Martinez, Board Member
Ariela Martinez is a proud Fort Worth native, military spouse, and fervent advocate for education. With a rich background in counseling and leadership, Ariela is dedicated to student success. Ariela serves as an admissions counselor and college access professional where she has served over 2,900 students. Additionally, she contributes her expertise to various local and national scholarship boards and serves as an instructor at Texas Christian University (TCU).
Ariela's dynamic and informed leadership is undeniable. Now in her second term on the school board, she continues to make a significant impact on the educational community. She holds an Associate degree from Tarrant County College (TCC) and both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education from TCU, where she is also pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Ariela is deeply committed to mentoring and guiding youth, generously volunteering her time to help shape the next generation of leaders. Furthermore, she is a strong supporter of teachers and staff, advocating for their professional development and well-being. As a dedicated community bridge, Ariela is focused on strengthening educational experiences and opportunities for all Castleberry ISD students, families, and staff.
Ariela expresses deep gratitude to the educators, mentors, family, and friends who have significantly influenced her journey and molded her into the leader she is today. In her leisure time, Ariela loves to spend time with her incredibly supportive family and friends, enjoying all the bliss in life.
