Blue Cross Blue Shield TRS Active Care

American Fidelity Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Effective March 1, 2022, Castleberry ISD employees are eligible for the American Fidelity Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This plan offers unlimited telephone calls, but does not include face to face visits. American Fidelity offers an online support portal, in addition to a smart phone app.
