Eligibility

Teachers and staff members play a crucial role in delivering quality education to Castleberry ISD students year after year. High turnover rates among educators can lead to inconsistency in teaching methods, curriculum delivery, and student support, potentially impacting the quality of education provided to students. Simply put, employee retention is critical for Castleberry ISD to provide consistent and high-quality education, maintain a positive school culture, and build trust within the community. It directly impacts student success, the professional growth of educators, and the overall effectiveness of the district in achieving its educational goals.

The distirct shows its appreciation for employees who continue to choose Castleberry with longevity pay, starting with their third consecutive year of service to the district.
