If you want a video conference provider to provide a content enhancement program tailored to your class curriculum, you can contact the providers directly to talk to them about what you need for your class. Go to the Connect2Texas website to get a detailed list of all of the providers that are available or look at the list at the bottom of this page. If they are able to create the video conference for you, then you will follow the steps listed below to get this video conference scheduled.
1. Contact the provider and "create" the video conference content with them
2. Contact your Innovation Leader (Stephanie Balster, Sallee Clark, Jeni Long, and Brent Mischnick) to check on lab availability and to schedule the video conference
3. Your Innovation Leader will send you a confirmation and a permission form
4. Make bus arrangements for transportation to another campus if needed.
