Classroom Teachers and Instructional Aides*

Castleberry ISD teachers and instructional aides* are eligible to earn up to an additional $1,500 for the 2025-2026 school year! Eligibility restarts every six weeks and the incentive amount increases each six weeks.  

*Only classroom teachers and instructional aides who require a substitute when absent are eligible.

Employees with perfect attendance for the entire school year will earn an extra $450!
