Clear backpack and school supplies in Castleberry ISD colors, including notebooks, pencils, scissors and markers.

Castleberry ISD partners with TeacherLists, a convenient way to access school supply lists on your mobile device while back-to-school shopping! Parents can shop online and have items delivered right to their door, schedule in-store pick up, or shop in store using the checkable list. To make shopping even easlier, TeacherLists offers a "one-click pre-filled cart" option with Target, Amazon, or Walmart.

Additional Considerations

Clear Backpacks Only

If a student chooses to carry a backpack, it must be clear. This requirement applies to all students. Rolling backpacks with wheels are not permitted.

Student Technology

Castleberry ISD issues computing devices to all students at the beginning of each school year.

  • IPads: Pre-kindergarten

  • Chromebooks: Kindergarten—Grade 8

  • Windows Netbooks: Grades 9—12

Home Internet Access

Castleberry ISD provides a Safe, Secure, and Filtered Internet Connection to students at home, free of charge, through broadband Internet towers. Students living within district boundaries may check out a WiFi router to use at home during the school year. Students who live outside of district boundaries can check out an AT&T Hotspot. 

Technology Fees and Fines

Castleberry ISD does not charge an annual computer usage fee. However, students are responsible for the costs associated with losing or damaging the technology device issued to them. Visit the Student Technology page for a list of common damages and costs associated.
