Castleberry ISD Seniors Celebrate Commitment to Technical Careers at Tarrant County College NC3 Sign-in Day
Fort Worth, TX – April 10, 2025 –
On Thursday, April 10, 2025, our Career Technology Education and College Career Military Readiness Department sent six remarkable seniors from Castleberry ISD, who had the honor of participating in the Tarrant County College NC3 Sign-in Day event, held at Tarrant County College’s Northwest Campus. This annual event brings together students from across the DFW area who are committed to pursuing a technical degree pathway or who have earned an Industry-Based Certificate (IBC) in their respective field.
The event celebrates students who are taking significant steps toward careers in high-demand technical industries. Fort Worth’s Mayor Mattie Parker, a passionate advocate for workforce development, was in attendance and delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of trade programs and IBCs. She highlighted how these students will be integral in shaping the future of skilled labor and strengthening the local economy. Mayor Parker expressed her appreciation for these students’ dedication to becoming the next generation of innovators, workers, and leaders in their fields.
The Castleberry seniors proudly signed letters of intent, formalizing their commitment to pursue a high-demand technical career in the greater DFW area. By doing so, they are not only securing their future in dynamic industries but also committing to complete their technical education and graduate workplace ready. These students are the trailblazers who will help build Fort Worth’s vibrant economy, driving both innovation and opportunity.
We are incredibly proud of these six students for their dedication, hard work, and determination to take the first step toward a fulfilling career. Their willingness to pursue technical education and contribute to the growth of their community is a testament to their commitment to personal and professional development.
As they continue their educational journeys, we wish them the best of luck in all their endeavors. We have no doubt that they will take the skills and knowledge they’ve gained at Castleberry ISD, build upon them, and ultimately give back to the community they love. Congratulations to these outstanding seniors – we are excited to see all that they will accomplish!
