Free Home Internet Access
Castleberry ISD provides a Safe, Secure, and Filtered Internet Connection to students at home, free of charge, through broadband Internet towers. Students living within district boundaries may check out a WiFi router to use at home during the school year. Students who live outside of district boundaries can check out an AT&T Hotspot. On May 18, 2021, Governor Abbott issued an Executive Order GA 36 that requires the Texas Education Agency to revise their guidance to reflect the following:
“No governmental entity, including a county, city, school district, and public health authority, and no government official may require any person to wear a face covering or to mandate that another person wear a face covering.”
To remain compliant with Executive Order GA 36, face coverings are optional for students and staff.

Fees
Castleberry ISD will not be charging computer usage fees during the 2021-2022 school year. However, any fines incurred for lost or damaged items must be paid.
