Talent Pipeline

 Talent Pipeline

Castleberry ISD, in partnership with Grand Canyon University (GCU), is pleased to announce the launch of our Talent Pipeline Program.  If you are interested in becoming a teacher at Castleberry ISD, and you are currently employed or will be employed at CISD in the upcoming school year, this is your chance!   You do not have to have college credit hours to qualify, but those with college credit hours are also eligible.

Our district is dedicated to growing and retaining our valued employees.  We have a pathway for you to overcome the challenge of working full-time while attending college.  In this program, your work experience can be utilized for practicum credit hours, and you can complete each course online in just eight weeks.

Castleberry ISD will be sponsoring a limited amount of scholarships that could include full tuition paid by CISD.

Candidates must maintain continuous enrollment and meet GPA requirements throughout sponsorship and commit to working in CISD for (5) years after completing their university program with Grand Canyon University (GCU), who is partnering with us here at Castleberry ISD for this exciting program.

Preference will be given to full-time employees working as Instructional Aides in computer science/coding, special education, and bilingual.  If you are interested, but are not in these current positions, please still apply as spaces may open up.
