Attendance Incentive

Classroom teachers and instructional aides who require a substitute when absent are eligible to earn up to $1,500 through the district's attendance incentive pay.

Annual Stipends

The following stipends are available annually for classroom teachers who qualify:

Master's Degree: $1,250 
Doctoral Degree: $1,500
Bilingual Certification: $4,500 (with placement in a bilingual classroom)
