Attendance Incentive
Classroom teachers and instructional aides1 are eligible to earn up to an additional $1,500 for the 2026-2027 school year! Eligibility to receive the additional pay restarts each six weeks, and the incentive amount increases each six weeks.
1Only classroom teachers and instructional aides who require a substitute when absent are eligible.
All other employees with perfect attendance for the entire year will earn an extra $450!
Six Week Date Ranges for 2026-2027
First Six Weeks: August 13, 2026 through September 18, 2026
Second Six Weeks: September 21, 2026 through October 30, 2026
Third Six Weeks: November 2, 2026 through December 20, 2026
Fourth Six Weeks: January 4, 2027 through February 12, 2027
Fifth Six Weeks: February 15, 2027 through April 9, 2027
Sixth Six Weeks: April 12, 2027 through May 27, 2027
