Campus ParentSquare Newsletters

Castleberry employees can sign up to receive campus newsletters through ParentSquare, regardless of their department or campus entity. This is especially helpful for employees in floater positions who support multiple campuses, such as Teaching, Learning, and Innovation department.

Steps to Sign Up

1. Select Your Campuses

  • Determine which campuses you would like to receive newsletters and other communication from.

2. Complete the Registration Form

  • Fill out the registration form for each campus you'd like newsletters from using your Castleberry ISD email address. Click here for the list of campus registration forms. 

 Activate Your Account

  •  After registering, you'll receive an email to activate your account for each campus. Be sure to check your Barracuda email filter if you don’t see these emails.
  • Open the email and click the red Activate Your Account button.

 Sign In to Combine Accounts

  •  When the ParentSquare site opens, do not complete the registration form again.
  •  Instead, click the Sign In to Combine Existing Account option.

 Sign In with Google

  • On the new sign-in page, choose the option to sign in with Google and use your Castleberry ISD credentials.
