A message from CAstlebery ISD
Castleberry ISD has partnered with Parchment to offer a convenient and secure website for former students, corporations and post-secondary institutions to request transcripts, enrollment histories and education verifications online.
Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.
Please note the information below:
- Per Texas State Education Agency Requirements, "Official" transcripts may not be issued directly to students (past or present) or parents, but may be sent directly to the college or institution. Students may request and receive "Unofficial" transcripts.
- All requests for student records must be submitted and paid online using a credit card, debit card or Amazon account. Mail, email, or fax requests will no longer be accepted.
- Requests will be processed on normal school business days during regular school business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Please allow 3 to 5 school business days for processing.
- You will receive emails from Parchment to notify you of the status of your order. You must read those emails carefully, as additional information may be required to process your request.
- Requests to pick up records will require an official, unexpired photo id such as a Driver's License, Passport or Military ID.
