Castleberry ISD welcomes Cameron Hollomon as the district’s new Bond Project Manager. Hollomon joins Castleberry ISD as a seasoned business owner with 25 years of experience in school business across the state of Texas. Most recently, he collaborated with a team of school professionals to create an innovative platform designed to enhance communication, creativity, and efficiency among school employees, fostering an enriched learning environment for public schools. Previously, Hollomon spent 15 years with the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), where he supported over 600 school districts statewide in areas such as environmental compliance, facilities and operations, and construction services.
Hollomon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Rangeland Ecology and Management from Texas A&M University, awarded in 1999. He has also contributed extensively to certification programs with the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO), sharing his expertise to help school business professionals achieve excellence.
In his career, Hollomon has assisted school districts with over $700 million in bond construction services, finding fulfillment in bringing educational plans to life through new facilities and classroom spaces. His unique background equips him to manage large-scale projects that align with Castleberry ISD's vision for student success.
Outside of work, Hollomon shares a strong bond with his father, a longtime school superintendent whom he describes as his hero and best friend. Together, they enjoy hunting, fishing, and raising cattle.
