The Castleberry Cares Health and Community Resource Fair is a free event open to everyone within the surrounding Castleberry ISD community, and will feature activities, information and resources for adults and children. In addition to education, the goal of the event is to help our neighbors connect with the many health, safety, social service programs, resources and providers in our area. This website will be updated often, so check back to see the most current list of exhibitors attending this year's event.

high school seniors too! The American
Red Cross will establish a scholarship
fund for Castleberry ISD seniors based
on the numbers of pints donated at this
event and throughout the year.

Mammograms provided by Texas Health Resources. Fully funded mammograms are available to those who qualify. Please bring insurance card (if applicable) and drivers license or state issued ID to your appointment. Appointments can be made by calling 1-855-818-7696.

Eligibility for Mammography Screening

  • Women 35 years of age and older
  • Have no personal history of breast cancer
  • Do not have breast implants
  • Have no know breast lumps or other breast problems
  • Are not pregnant or haven't breastfed in the last 6 months
  • have not received a mammogram in the past 12 months


UNTHSC Pediatric Mobile Clinic
The UNTHSC Pediatric Mobile Clinic will provide free vaccines for children 0-18 years of age who do not have insurance or are currently receiving CHIP or Medicaid benefits.

The Pediatric Mobile Clinic will also provide free fluoride application for those that qualify.
