Leo HassanAfrican Drummer Visits REACH
On Friday, April 16th, African drummer, Leo Hassan returned to REACH to educate students about drumming.  This was made possible by a fine arts grant.

After a brief history of African drumming techniques and purposes, Mr. Hassan taught the group African songs that were used to greet guests or to warn of potential danger.

It was an experience the students will never forget.
