Performance Dates

July

July 23rd-26th  -  [9 am to 12 pm] Drumline and Front Ensemble Camp.

July 30th  -  [9 am to 12 pm] Organizational Leadership Team Meeting (Drum Majors, Field Captains, Drill Instructors, Officers, Equipment Managers, and Librarians).

July 31st-August 1st  -  [8 am to 3 pm] Freshman and New Members Fundamental Camp (Drum Majors, Field Captains, Drill Instructors, Officers, Equipment Managers, Librarians, freshman and new members).

August

August 2nd-3rd  -  [8 am to 3 pm] Sophomore, Freshman and New Members Fundamental Camp (Drum Majors, Field Captains, Drill Instructors, Officers, Equipment Managers, Librarians, sophomore, freshman and new members).

August 6th-10th  -  [8 am to 3 pm] Full Band Camp (All Students).

August 13th-16th  -  [8 am to 3 pm] Full Band Camp (All Students).

August 31st  -  Football Game at Kemp.

September

September 7th  -  Home Football Game vs. Venus

September 14th  -  Football Game at Wichita Falls Hirschi

September 20th  -  Homecoming Pep Rally at Stadium

September 22nd  -  ATSSB All-region Jazz tryouts at Denton Ryan High School.

September 28th  -  Football Game at North Side (Handley Field)

November

November 16th and 17th  -  ATSSB Clinic and Concert at Denton Ryan High School:  7:00 pm

December

December 7th  -  River Oaks Christmas Parade:  Time of the event is TBA.  Students will meet at the Band Hall at 5:30pm.

December 13th  -  CHS Band Holiday Concert:  7:00 pm

December 14th 2007 - The 3rd Annual Jazz at the Mall Concert:  Featuring the CHS Jazz Band!

January

January 18th-19th  -  ATSSB  High School and Middle School Clinic and Concert will be held in Argyle.  Clinic will start at 2:00 pm on Friday and the concert will start at 4:00 pm on Saturday.

February

February 12th-16th  -  Texas Music Educators Association State Convention.

February 23rd  -  High School UIL Solo and Ensemble Competition in Azle.

March

March 28th & 29th - TCU Jazz Festival

April

April 3rd & 4th - UIL Region 5 Concert/Sight Reading Contest

April 24th - Percussion Jam (This will involve all percussion students 6th-12th grade.)

May

May 8th - Spring Concert

May 30th - Jazz Band Spring Concert

June

June 7th - Graduation
